Can anyone help to check this phone is able to take photo in RAW format?
Most likely it is possible as it is running pure Android version.

Just got the phone from Qoo10 today. I moved from IP6s to this phone as I do not wish to carry 2 phones (company provided 1 sim).

I noticed a few things about this pure kosong stock android Mi A1:

1. No notification badges (Counter of how many items you haven't read)
- Pro: no more ugly unread email counts on your gmail app
- Con: you might miss it unless you find them from the pull down notification

2. Missing blue light filter a.k.a Night mode
- Con: not good to your eyes and affect your sleeping
- Google force manufacturer to decide whether to include this mode or not in 7.1.2 onwards
- Maybe XiaoMi accidentally or purposely leave it out

3. Customization of pull down short cuts are limited... no switch for mobile data
- use 3rd party widget

Overall, I give positive feedback on this phone.

1 more thing to bear in mind this phone will have at least 1 android version upgrade and security updates 18 months after it launched into market.

I switched from IP6s actually.

My Ip6s is having some lags after upgrading to iOS 11, I have not big qualms on the lagging but the battery life is too short. I need to charge it by 1pm (dropping below 40% from 100% in the morning 7am).
My usage is not more than social network browsing and text messaging. I do not play games either.
In fact, I owned this IP6s for only 18 months. Apple really need to have increase the battery capacity to cope with extra functions in iOS 11.

After switching to Mi A1, I feel that it is not 100% lag free but it is comparable to my IP6s iOS11 performance. Of course the screen is brighter but lags night view. You can install a 3rd party app to do that.
Photo quality at low light is really disappointing but totally good during daytime.
Lastly, I can have dual sims on 1 phone and Nougat allows a work profile for my office related activities. This is a total BIG PLUS for me.

I resolved this issue by uninstall Facebook and reinstall back.

So your answer is Yes or No?

I migrated from IP6s to Mi A1. Unfortunately I do not see VoLTE enabled on my digi line.
I used to enjoy VoLTE and Wifi Calling service on IP6s by Digi but now no more.

Google Music does have Spotify/Apple Music feature. It also allows you to upload 20000 songs of your own.

But Google Music does not have the Spotify/Apple Music feature in Malaysia. Thus you are streaming 20000 songs of your own now.

I guess for some reasons Mi A1 VoLTE is not able to turn on. the IMS apn profile does not go disappear.
I know Mi A1 supports indian telco for VoLTE.

Not going to root this phone to change the low level setting. Just leave it first.
