This phone really tempting me to change my RN4 to this A1 with pure android.

I think Mi A1 no supports camera2 api, since there are no google phone have dual-cam setup yet.

Just hope Xiaomi will really upgrade the OS until Android P.

Sounds like screen burn-in to me. I have this issue when I use Redmi Note 4 SD with tianma display panel.

It will go away after some moments when the phone cools down, probably won't stay there as this is not AMOLED.

Yeap, just tell them the screen ghosting.

For those who really wanted the Oreo but not receive any update, the most safety way to do it is to do a factory reset and OTA will come right away after you finished setup. I've tried this way instead of clearing the Google Framework, it worked for me.
