Bought few items before holiday. And chat with live chat now, she was unsure whether the items has been shipped or not. And I tell her that I want tracking number if it has been shipped.

She asked to escalate the matter to relevant department. So now clearly it has pass the stipulated delivery time for the item if they haven't shipped the item even now.

Can I ask them for sorry voucher for this circumstances?
