Bought few items before holiday. And chat with live chat now, she was unsure whether the items has been shipped or not. And I tell her that I want tracking number if it has been shipped.

She asked to escalate the matter to relevant department. So now clearly it has pass the stipulated delivery time for the item if they haven't shipped the item even now.

Can I ask them for sorry voucher for this circumstances?

It says processing. I have few shipments under same order number and this should be received by Monday 4th September latest as per stipulated delivery estimates.

So I guess this might delivered yesterday due to long holiday we had last week. Unfortunately, it is not yet delivered today though.

I have emailed CS though hopefully they will rectify this.
