Traditionally pigeon hole developments never fared all that well in Bangsar especially in the upper areas of it.

its just that suez cap history of their workmanship is quite depressing.... alot of legal suits towards them for their bangsar south project.... sweat.gif sweat.gif

I don't believe there are any units at OM that are <3000sf therefore even at RM800psf you won't find it at RM1m.

Plus all the units that are on sale now aren't the most desirable or "investor" want to fast fast cabut before the men in blue arrives.

i think still ongoing... my fren recently bought a unit of residensi kerinchi from them... all the panel bankers also concern on the legal suits... and his loan application delayed quite long because of those legal suits... i think premium residence built by same main con gonna be facing similar issues... seen the recently VP units and it does not feel like something worth over 1.1m sweat.gif sweat.gif

The bankers said it is because of the legal suit? ohmy.gif

Reminds me of the debacle with Magna Prima and The Avare. The residents sued the developer for RM25mil, in the end the developer settled the case out of court.

according to my fren, all the legal suits about the very sub-par workmanship and final product delivery from the developer... i think the developer didn't provide enough furnishing accordingly or up to standard... and all those buyers buying 1m above prop one... sure ada banyak jalan and time to sue the developer...

not sure is it only on the first two blocks completed have legal suits... or even the latest premium residence pun ada...

The klgw Residences also considered as premium product?

I didnt recall it was marketed as such...

The workmanship is bad, agree. Psf paid is high. Buyers have 24 months to complaint and recover the cost via retention fund from lawyer.


The buyers also need to recognise they are buying into intergrated concept with mall, office, lrt Station etc which the premium went to.
