The klgw Residences also considered as premium product?

I didnt recall it was marketed as such...

The workmanship is bad, agree. Psf paid is high. Buyers have 24 months to complaint and recover the cost via retention fund from lawyer.


The buyers also need to recognise they are buying into intergrated concept with mall, office, lrt Station etc which the premium went to.
