anyone experience slow connection seri kembangan area?

I really like to see UM gives the big 3 more competition but at the rate they are going about setting up their new network it is driving away customers. In my place I have no network since August 15 and I finally port out last night. Their various phone packages are very suitable for my family but pointless when the coverage is poor. Until UM gets them right, will stay away for now.

the old umobile is so good, umobile used to be always the first to load the same website along with my fren using digi/maxis/celcom
now it bcm the slowest
feel like porting out

Anyone living in apartments around KL city but still find it difficult to watch YouTube or Tonton without interruption or slow buffering... even though there are 3 bars at least and shows 3G U mobile ?

U mobile in Bayan Lepas area is like crap nowadays. It used to be good but since September it has gotte worse...its always at 2-3 bars and switches from 4g+ to H+ constantly....Dont hope to surf anything with H+ connection...doesn't load

too bad, i don't know port out to which telco...

previously not so bad. i mean still acceptable. but now its fucking worse. i mean load forum also take like 15s. like wth LTE / 3G like this meh.

didnt even reply me. all they do is asking my number / name / address / phone model . then said they will check.

Then blame back is your system issues.
Ask them to change whole the system and tell them you already change the new phone last 2 days.

At the end, blame here blame there.
It's seems like not human faulty one, everything seems like robotic.

Perhaps next time use Google translate voice to talk to CS.

bro, just wanna check with u. having a bad experience with U mobile? I'm tempted with their Iphone plans, but got taken back with this comment. is their network bad? currently im with yellow man.

As always, android phone tak dapat. My friend on iOS got it. Side by side we grab together....

if the connection continues to be this way in next  couple of days, my next UMI would be UMI 20 enough la....1.5gb internet.  UMI30 7.5gb pun for what like this, whatsapp text also not receiving

but other telco also experiencing raining what??  can dowload / upload as usual

When it rains Astro cannot watch, telco line sucks. Haha.
