Or else it'll be fallen into deaf ears. You paid for functional services, not disruption. Hence description or unavailable usage is already voiding the SLA. Their investment on infra isn't as much as Celcom, Maxis and Digi. Hence the overall user experience doesn't improves.
But their package plans are the one keeping them afloat. Hopefully long enough to cover their operation expenses. |
