and the phone feedback or enquiries also speedy replied..
today first day testing all service ... and I call customer service to confirm the RM 100 deposit thingy also fast and prompt reply.

Speed test means nothing. Watch some videos, YouTube, Netflix etc, will only get SD speed.

Today also the same start from 5pm my ping rises to 100+ms again. Don't know when will this end T^T....

I did canceled the itemised bill Rm3. It only effective next 2 bill. So if you cancel now, you next statement still kena rm3

is there any reach above than 30mbps?

Umobile everything capped quietly.
You should be happy if you can get 10Mbps

What's the use do speed test. When in real use , almost everything is capped, except music and internet browsing, which don't really require speed anyway.

I've been paying since 4 years ago...I don't think I will mind for the extra 1 month XD Stupid me for never checking the statement. I thought it was for some processing fees.
