U3 dev aim... Aim ar... To get Qlassic score of 80-85 like their emira project in shah alam.
E9 got hotel on top of blk A residence... Too pack

all say dou macam both projects at different area like that... both are important for each others bang... no need say this bad say that bad mia... in the end see whose workmanship kena badly and there may show the difference in subsequent performance....

confident or not tak pe je... both completed will be fren and foe for each others... the retails sectors of both projects need the population to come in also... with just current population.... no matter who manage the mall also sure die....

Want mall downstair but want low density, funny people.

Not enough people to sustain then say mall dead then complain. lmfao
