Unless its make compulsory by local authority to have the bridge as part of DO then can get ccc (like southlink connect to south view then on to kl getaway then to lrt), otherwise btw two seperate private development they wont do so.

Judgjng by the confusion part of mang people here, my guess is either projects have the requirement from authority to have the bridge contructed as part of order.

For integrated developments u cant just use resi units divided by total acreage to derive at unit/acreage.

It also depends on what sizes are the units, numbers of ppl in each unit and offfices commercial retails and etc

and from what I read, this is your investment property, and not for your own stay. Good luck bro.

property in this price category never low density. you can categorise by developer or section, but overall, its still massive. you simply cant draw a line say, mine is U3, low density. bcos ppl don't see it this way, ppl will see everything (e9, affordable housing, U1 to 3 plus empty land beside U3) as ONE PIECE OF HIGHRISES.

I think its misleading to say its 150units per acre on average.

there are office blocks, retails and 'mall' as well.

the same with YNH project in mt kiara. ppl only take into acc resi units to calculate the no of units//acre which is highly not accurate.

5 to 6' is common in most apartments.

6 to 7' is super luxury and you can find this at residential titled condo, if lucky.
