QUOTE(wongth7 @ Nov 6 2017, 11:30 AM) it's funny how every players got blamed after losing this match... Pep use infinite money cheat. That's why he can win.. lalalalaherrera-fan's favourite last season herrera, suddenly fans dont wan him to be in the team valencia-one of the most consistent RB for the past few seasons, suddenly bash him gao gao say no creativity..rather use darmian which was much inferior (that was kena bash also last time) lel mikhi-remember how u guys scream for jomo to let him play last time?..1 or 2 good matches and everyone was in heaven..now everyone was screaming him to be dropped..lel yea...most of the players didnt play well yesterday, but dont forget jomo's defensive tactics are going to have issue sooner or later. once kena bocor..and need to start attacking, everyone seems forgotten how to play football. still remember last time fans are saying pep cant do much out of LaLiga & bundesliga where competition are not so tough?...now how?..lelel |

With Jose mentality against big team away, this is not a surprise. Opponent just need to score 1 goal and we are fcked. Against Liverpool, it's the same thing. The only difference is that Liverpool finishing sucked big time. Against spurs, Kane was not playing and they looked lost without him. Some of us mentioned that but most of us was like, "It's ok. We just need a draw against big team because we can win against the small team." It's legit but it is just so wrong on many levels especially for a club like Man Utd. I don't like this mentality where we go to opponent's ground with the intention of getting just a draw. This is a league game not a cup game.
I have said it earlier, the championship is for City to lose. There is no way we can catch them with our current form. I don't fancy Pep but you gotta salute that man. He set his team up the way how he wants them to play, not who his opponent is. This is something that Jose is lacking. This post has been edited by O-haiyo: Nov 6 2017, 09:55 PM |

The issue has been there since the last few season of saf. Average players getting big fat pay check.
It got worse with our previous two managers. Who would buy a high pay players from us? The players themselves also wouldnt leave. Mourinho has a very big task to do. He did great by offloading rooney. Hope more to come when their contract is up. So we can buy better players. Whereas pep inherited a strong team. Aguero, kdb, silva etc what mourinho get is rooney, an ageing carrick, young, valencia, and some raw players like rashford/martial. |

QUOTE Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will be told to offload players if he wants to add to his squad in January. The Old Trafford board want to control costs before sanctioning more outlay on new signings. Mourinho has spent £285m on transfer fees on six major signings during his two years at the club. United's most recent financial results, released in September, showed their wage bill had risen by 13.5% to £263.5m. Defender Luke Shaw, who cost United £27m in 2014 but yet to start this season, is the most likely departure. The 22-year-old has started just four Premier League games in 12 months through a combination of injury and poor form. The future of Marouane Fellaini is also unclear. The Belgium midfielder's contract expires in the summer and he will be free to negotiate with overseas clubs in January. Sixteen first-team squad members have left since Mourinho took charge in May 2016, but only the £16m sale of Memphis Depay and the £22m departure of Morgan Schneiderlin generated significant income, while high-earners Wayne Rooney and Bastian Schweinsteiger have also left. Sunday's Premier League defeat at Chelsea left United eight points behind leaders Manchester City. http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/41901025 |

The main problem is our attacking does not have enough width. Rw/lw all like to cut inside. Fb cannot cross. No wonder mhiki is struggling. He has no one to pass to.
And our players off the ball movement is so bad. Hope pogba return can change this. When january come, offload some players to release some fund to buy players. Too many average skill high earner in our team! |
