I have been in this situation a few times. Sometimes when "emergency"... I will use the facility at mamak restaurant. When all is done before walking out of the restaurant... give the cashier RM1.
Some cashier will said "tak payah la bos", some cashier will put the money in "tabung derma masjid" thats usually besides the cash register. |

1. lock the toilets
2. hang a big sign to read 'toilet is for paying customers only' in 4 languages 3. train your staff to greet these people and say no when they ask for the keys. |

i mean they tak malu ask to use your toilet, you also should tak malu to ask them to pay.
RM1 per entry. That is fair. Toilets in Europe are not free, they charge for using toilets at MacDonalds, even for paying customers. |
