Agreed, but if refer to J Shao #1 post, seems like Digi did not allow to change to Amb38 once you subscribed Amb68. Right?

Hi everyone.

Now that digi offers infinite 100 for limited time only. Is it worth it to change from Amb 68? I sms a lot and sometimes my bill reached RM 90 since sms not free in Amb 68.
Can change via online or need to go to digi store? Thanks.

Livechat with digi staff during lunch hour today. He said that no downgrade to Amb 38 offered for Amb 68.
