I am under Ambassador 68, and wish to downgrade to 38 (yes, the 1st page state it can't be done). Is it still possible? I am moving out of the country to work, and will come back 1-2 times monthly. any method to switch?

Planning to get Ambassador 38 + Roam Like Home.

Just to update, I went to Paradigm Mall, they say cannot change. So I used Livechat, they say I can change anytime. So will change once I am there.

Livechat can change directly without going to any Digi Center

i tried again to change my plan via live chat, they turned on their words. just "said sorry" for miscommunication . porting out to Tunetalk + 1 year validity.

so angry with their team, so irresponsible turning back on their words.

anyway, not the cheapest option and i will have internet overseas as well, just annoying to use wifi instead of roaming data.
