Initially I want sign up AMB 38. The representative claimed no allowed
to downgrade from Postpaid 50 (Cakap Plan) to AMB38.
Is it true ?

I asked to switch to prepaid 1st, thereafter change to AMB 38.
The representative claimed this method no allow too.


Really hardcore for me to finish 15GB each mth.

1. The addon is cheaper i.e. 5GB monthly for RM10 compare to new38 which 1GB monthly for RM10 or 3GB monthly for RM20
