Q1. Can I as a Digi Ambassador subscribe to Internet Sharing?
A1. Yes, Digi Ambassadors on the new Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 and Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 with a family group
(Principal and Supplementary lines) are eligible to subscribe to Internet Sharing. Once this feature is subscribed to, you can
start sharing Internet quota with your family and gadgets.

Q2. Do I get to enjoy Internet Sharing automatically?
A2. No. After signing up on Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 or Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68, you will need to subscribe to
Internet Sharing. Walk into any Digi Stores to subscribe.

Q3. Is there a charge for Internet Sharing subscription?
A3. Yes, there will be a RM10 charge every month on top of the rate plan monthly fee for Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 and
RM20 charge every month on top of the rate plan monthly fee for Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38.

Q4. Do I get any additional offer when I subscribe to Internet Sharing with Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38?
A4. For Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38, once subscribed to Internet Sharing, you will also get to enjoy Unlimited Calls to all
networks.

Q5. I subscribed to Internet Sharing with Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38. I have decided to unsubscribe to Internet Sharing the
next month. Will I still get to enjoy Unlimited calls?
A5. No. Unlimited calls with Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 only apply when you are subscribed to Internet Sharing. Once
Internet Sharing subscription is terminated, the plan offer will revert back to the original offer of 1,000 minutes to all
networks.

Q6. Do I need to allocate Internet quota to my supplementary lines within the family?
A6. The default setting of Internet usage is based on first-in-first-out basis. The Principal line can choose to allocate Internet
quota to both himself and his Supplementary lines, via MyDigi App by selecting <Internet Sharing> option.

Q7. If Share Quota is allocated to the respective Supplementary lines, which quota will be consumed first, the Share Quota

A7. The allocated Share Quota will be consumed first, followed by the individual Supplementary line’s plan bundled Internet
quota.

balance unutilized Internet quota will not be rolled over.
Supplementary line: Yes, Internet rollover feature is available if you are signed up on the new Digi Postpaid plans.

Q9. Can my Supplementary lines set or change their own Internet quota allocation?
A9. No, only the Principal line can control and allocate Internet quota. Supplementary lines can only view their allocation and
usages.

Q10.If the Principal line is barred, can the Supplementary lines still use their allocated Internet quota?
A10.Yes, as long as the Supplementary lines are active, they are able to continue to use their allocated Internet quota.

Q11.Can I use the Share Quota when I am roaming?
A11.No, Share Quota is only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia network. Any usage of Roaming will be charged
on top of your monthly fee at per standard roaming rates.

Q12.What plans are available for sign up as a Supplementary line to join family and start sharing Internet with the Principal?
A12.You can choose from all Digi Postpaid plans to sign up as a Supplementary line. Alternatively, you can also choose from Digi
Postpaid Family 28 or Digi Postpaid 38 Supplementary plan to start sharing Internet with your Principal or the Gadget sim
for your devices.

Q13.I have existing Supplementary lines under my family that are not under Digi Postpaid plans or Gadget sim. Can I still
share Internet quota with them?
A13.As long as your Supplementary lines have Mobile Internet and are not Prepaid lines, you can share Internet quota with
them.

J shao what is digi authorised store?
Sorry. Noob here.. sweat.gif sad.gif

Can we nominate first. But, not take the plan after being nominated by Digi system?
I mean, after successful register IC. But still not sign up the plan, is it okay? hmm.gif
*
Means only digi stores owned by digi as an entity, for example: digi store in sunway pyramid, the gardens, pavilion, ss 2. They are not like digi store express that run by dealers.

Can nominate first but ambassador plans will be changed from time to time. If u missed it, means u miss it. When will the plan come alive, we wont know. Like the 0 plan, nvr come back anymore sad.gif RIP

QUOTE(MakNok @ Aug 27 2017, 11:14 AM)
If you do basic calculations...
Ambassador 38 still a good deal as compared to Ambassador 68 if you want to control your data usage and some savings.

Currently for Ambassador 38 have offering 30days 5GB for rm10 which mean can sub 3 times...total rm30 for 15GB..
Ambassador68 have 15GB data while having Ambassador 38 sub 3time also total rm68 at total extra 3GB aka 18GB.

Unless of course you a die hard fan of unlimited call Ambassador 68..
*
Depends on what angle you are using to dissect it.

Amb 68 comes with 4Gb rollover upon signing up. With your 15GB it is actually 19GB and don't forget this plan has the benefit of being able to rollover. Compare back to your Ambassador 38 sub 3time also total rm68 at total extra 3GB aka 18GB.

Let me list you the pros of amb 68 below:
1. Unlimited calls to all network compare to limited calls
2. Rollover unused data up to 4GB
3. Hassleless for moderate to high users. If i only use 8Gb a mth, i think ill stick to amb 38 and sub 1 time, if i use about 13GB a mth, i would prefer amb 68.

Depends on how u see smile.gif
