A3. Subscribe to Roam Like Home Monthly package to enjoy 5GB of Internet roaming and 60 minutes of voice call within your bill cycle to selected 8 countries from RM30/month. Alternatively, you can enjoy 50sen/min roaming call local, daily unlimited Internet roaming (from RM36/country/day) and unlimited social messaging (RM10/24 hours) at selected

A10.No, you are not allowed to change from Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 to Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38.

- The new Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 and Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 are only applicable for Ambassador Subscribers
and it is NOT applicable for sign up with any device bundles.
- You are NOT allowed to change your rate plan from Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 to Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38.
- You can upgrade your rate plan from Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 to Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68.

A2. No. After signing up on Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 or Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68, you will need to subscribe to
Internet Sharing. Walk into any Digi Stores to subscribe.

Q3. Is there a charge for Internet Sharing subscription?
A3. Yes, there will be a RM10 charge every month on top of the rate plan monthly fee for Digi Postpaid Ambassador 68 and

Q4. Do I get any additional offer when I subscribe to Internet Sharing with Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38?

A5. No. Unlimited calls with Digi Postpaid Ambassador 38 only apply when you are subscribed to Internet Sharing. Once
Internet Sharing subscription is terminated, the plan offer will revert back to the original offer of 1,000 minutes to all
networks.

Q6. Do I need to allocate Internet quota to my supplementary lines within the family?
A6. The default setting of Internet usage is based on first-in-first-out basis. The Principal line can choose to allocate Internet
quota to both himself and his Supplementary lines, via MyDigi App by selecting <Internet Sharing> option.

Q7. If Share Quota is allocated to the respective Supplementary lines, which quota will be consumed first, the Share Quota
or the Supplementary line’s bundled Internet quota (if any)?
A7. The allocated Share Quota will be consumed first, followed by the individual Supplementary line’s plan bundled Internet
quota.

Q8. Will I still get to rollover my Internet quota after subscribing to Internet Sharing?
A8. Principal line: No, Internet rollover feature is not available with Internet Sharing. Upon subscribing to Internet Sharing, any
balance unutilized Internet quota will not be rolled over.
Supplementary line: Yes, Internet rollover feature is available if you are signed up on the new Digi Postpaid plans.

Q9. Can my Supplementary lines set or change their own Internet quota allocation?
A9. No, only the Principal line can control and allocate Internet quota. Supplementary lines can only view their allocation and

Q10.If the Principal line is barred, can the Supplementary lines still use their allocated Internet quota?
A10.Yes, as long as the Supplementary lines are active, they are able to continue to use their allocated Internet quota.

Q11.Can I use the Share Quota when I am roaming?
A11.No, Share Quota is only applicable for domestic usage i.e. within Malaysia network. Any usage of Roaming will be charged
on top of your monthly fee at per standard roaming rates.

If you do basic calculations...
Ambassador 38 still a good deal as compared to Ambassador 68 if you want to control your data usage and some savings.

Currently for Ambassador 38 have offering 30days 5GB for rm10 which mean can sub 3 times...total rm30 for 15GB..
Ambassador68 have 15GB data while having Ambassador 38 sub 3time also total rm68 at total extra 3GB aka 18GB.

Unless of course you a die hard fan of unlimited call Ambassador 68..
