Will digi revise digi ambasador plan? Current plan is no good compared with other prepaid and postpaid with some come with unlimited calls, sms and internet quota. Since this is the privilage plan, it should be better compare others

Same here. Digi Ambassador 0 (RM50 free Digi to Digi) + Mobile Internet Plan 68 with 50% Disc (upgraded from 3GB to 6GB). This plan already lost to the prepaid and postpaid package with unlimited call and unlimited social media and youtube. Average monthly bill is RM50

I am not sure if can change the internet mobile 68 plan to ambassador 38 + maintain the ambassador 0 plan.

Thanks for your info. I guess only will call next month before the end of billing date. If I call now i think will get charge for the Internet Mobile 68 full + weekly 3GB will might add extra RM20.

Just one more question, in case in future there are new Ambassador plan with unlimited data and call, can we maintain the ambassador 0 plan and subscribe the new plan together or we have to cancel the ambassador 0 plan in order to subscribe the package like the current ambassador 38 and 58?

Since you do not subscribe any data plan, did you ever in a month receive RM0 billing because of no usage? or you need to keep the line active at least a call? In what condition Digi Ambassador 0 will ban or suspend your line, example no call in and out for few months or other possibilities?

Ok, some updates. I have terminated my Internet mobile plan RM68 (RM 34 after disc 6Gb) via MyDigi apps chat. Fast and short queue. Been with this plan since 2011 and sadly have to terminate it since it no longer a competitive and pricey compared to add on.
For your info, if want to terminate, Digi staff will terminate it on the spot and if you wish to wait for the bill cycle, you have to request it at the end of the bill cycle day. There is no advance dedicated day and time request to terminate the service. Final confirmation you will receive SMS notification for service termination. Now, zero commitment plan with free RM50 call and sms credit Digi to Digi for life..

Yes, if terminate early, your remaining mobile data balance will forfeited and you still have to pay the full price. If end of the bill cycle, you can fully utilize your data.


This plan no longer available for many years ago. Only invitation from Digi staff which allocated 10 or 15 slots if not mistaken for each of them to encourage their family member to stay with Digi. Advantage of this plan is it will keep your line stay active forever as long there is no outstanding bill. Pay only what you use. If you don't use the line for the whole month, you don't have to pay anything for that month. That's why it call ambassador 0 plan. This is an advantage for those who stay overseas or very less use the phone or monthly 0 usage. No need to top up to stay active like prepaid or pay monthly commitment plan as like normal postpaid.


Yes. Meaning every month Digi provides me RM50 credit to be use for call and sms but only Dig to Digi. For the all time being, I never finished use the credit. Only will charge separately when you use to call other telco.


No, add on is like this picture below. I will not purchase add on RM68 for 6GB data but previously Digi provided 50% off the price during that time where everybody pays 3Gb for RM68 and I get half price of it. But Digi never revised the plan but only once increased it to 6Gb few years back. Now everybody get unlimited data and call for low price, i just simply purchase secondary prepaid card from other telco to fulfill my needs without spend on a lot of money.
