not just u. almost everyone with every digi plan.

digi is going u mobile direction. totally hopeless..and cs tend to ignore complaing.

it is sad how this could happen with telco that could offer good alternative plan to counter to maxis cuthroat price..

Last time I complain so far noting new , today I may convert to prepaid back do you know where is near Digi centre to convert ?

better walk in to Digi Center and fill up the form..
and where is your area?
if Setapak...go to Setapak Central

if in Bukit Bintang....Go to Berjaya Time Square

midValley ...Sunway Pyramid also can do as well.

Same too.. 4G LTE speed running average speed 1.6Mbps..
I though I'm using TM Streamyx.. shocking.gif

After 20 minutes, DC again.
Then after few minutes, back from 3G and change to 4G automatically.
When go to 4G speed, after 20 minutes DC again..

I'm listening Spotify very unstable... Listen after 5 to 10 minutes, suddenly silent already...
It should be the abuser (rubbish fellow) usage 1Tb per month.. whistling.gif

Good idea but which days open and what time? Digi send a msg to my parents phone got 5 gb for rm10 I hope if convert to prepaid will have this promotion

It's like that lor. Cheap not good, good not cheap.

On the other hand, what do you guys think about AM38 and the normal Digi postpaid 38? Which one is more worth to sign up?
