Is it my problem? My Amb 0 doesnt have rm50 digi to digi usage suddenly

Hi hown, always got rm50 digi-digi call. But at the moment amb 0 is no longer available even to digi staff

I just checked in DiGi app and still there. Did not use the data or phone, so not sure is working or not.

mine already disappeared
but my another ambassador line under same name same plan didn't receive the 10GB free
that one the received one now already don't have 10GB plan , no SMS indicating "Succesfully Deactivated" something like that

My Amb 0 was not showing VOLTE on the top bar. Was concerned after 3G shutdown will affect my calls, so last week drop by at SS2 Digi. Apparently DIGI set the default as no VOLTE calls for my number. After the CS switch it on, now my Amb 0 is showing VOLTE.

If you guys with Amb 0 have the same issue, do quickly drop by at any Digi centre.

I still have the amb 0 with me, wanna take the number to use for data only but still keep the amb 0 plan , which data to choose ?

Use the digi app.
You can see several options there to add-on data package. Try to explore.

No la. The main line type will not be changed unless you go CS and ask them to change.
You can always add-on data packages. It will not disturb your main line type.

Not really familiar with this and have phobia because last time i am using the maxis 99 legacy plan and accidentally make a plan switch and unable to revert back because the plan no longer in system.
