want to buy my 1st SSD, and I have 2 options/plan.

Option 1:
Straight away buy SATA SSD (due to my mobo doesn't have m.2 slot)

Option 2:
Buy M.2 to sata enclosure + M.2 SSD

Which option is more advisable?

Option 1... Option 2 is still bottlenecked by your SATA transfer speeds and you are likely not getting your money's worth from your M.2 SSD.

Option 3: try PCIE SSDs?

Option 3 is not possible as my mobo is m-itx type, so only have 1 PCIE which is used for gfx card. If have extra PCI-E, no need ask here ady.. LOL

reason for option 2 is for short term usage/work around, meaning that i will upgrade by mobo (has m2 slot) in future, so no need to spend for another M2...
