yes it's already in Malaysia performance wise i think 970 evo is better compared to 960 evo by a tiny little bit only

The write speed for your Kingston AS400 is definitely too low. Can you try run it with the latest Diskmark 6?
Here are a few suggestions
1. Make sure you're running in AHCI mode and install Windows 10 in GPT/UEFI.
2. Make sure that write caching is enabled.
3. Make sure TRIM is enabled on your hard drive.
4. Make sure you have enough space left 20% on your hard drive.
5. Make sure the drivers for your Kingston is correct and up to date.
6. Move file paging to your HDD if you have any to increase your life of SSD
7. Disable hibernation
8. Make sure that you're running High Performance Power Plan in your settings
9. Disable System Restore (optional)
