Agree on the ativo price, its too pricey. In fact, the psf is even higher in some KL hotspot area.

If I remember correctly, only Type C and the Duplex. Don't think Type B also has them. But city view is unobstructed so still nice on way or another. My current place... night view is forest so basically pitch black. tongue.gif Seresta should be well lit with the things going on though.

Ativo is pricey (comes with almost everything though) but with looking at the designs and the latest review by Sean Tan - Looks very good indeed. Hopefully, Seresta would be the same too.

Yep. The price is there. The alternative main road and the plan would take a few more years down the road. The unit I booked was actually facing DPC too. Basically got out due to the size and now... I am having a "good time" planning my unit in advance before handover

Pros and cons of such entrance/exits. Inside and secluded but for convenience wise, some people might not like it as much.

Actually yes. But Covid happened. This project still got workers etc. A lot of ongoing projects that got affected by Covid also postponed their VP dates. My friends' projects are other places also affected by 3 - 6 months.

A lot of the units has their A/C + cabinets built-in already apparently. Most likely its the facilities that needs to be settled now.

One of the buyers. But I've not seen anyone else sharing any owners group yet.

Also, I was at Foresta so from that angle and the slope you can actually see your air-con for Block A. Also... loan was disbursed few months ago for the interior. tongue.gif

Type B all faces highway. < This is correct. It's just a difference between which side it is facing. It's more like a preference thing. Sun whole day or not. Foresta view or not.

And bad news too. It'll be between Q1 to April 2023 now as there's a shortage of manpower. Happening in a lot of projects as well from other big developers. cry.gif

Yep. At least Seresta is moving although a bit slow. Some projects move even slower or not moving at all. Too many projects, too little workers.

Actually... there's covid exemption period + you need to check when is your booking date. 36 months after...

Actually a lot of big cos have the same prob. Manpower. The risk are always on the smaller ones or those not protected under HDA.

Some people do it straight after collect keys so got time to plan but sometimes the drawings and designs will need time so it might delay.

For some, they do it even before VP especially those projects with the online layouts etc. Nowadays its very convenient to do those. The reason is... once its finalised, they can just proceed to the measurement when they take the keys and custom made cabinets etc can start work directly.

Normally it depends but since block B is newer and taller, its common to be different for different blocks.

Actually the LAD still depends on when people placed their bookings. Not so nice for the earlier purchasers though.

Anyways, the latest month they gave for VP now is in April 2023 so hopefully it works by then. Better late than never.

L&G would focus more on the club house plot now. Hotel, service residences, rsku, and etc since its more $$$ and can take advantage of the mrt + any upcoming developments that TA has next to it.

Hard to say for now. I also heard about the 3 & 4 but that might take a longer time after the whole project around flo is completed. The service apartment, hotel, etc etc there.
