As general rules, all boss required a raid grp, first u need some of your colleaques to be tank (to get aggro when he tried to propose increment for everyone), and some will be healer (sweat talk to boss and calm him down), then a grp of very good dps required (to backstap the boss and brain wash him we need a raise).
