 Public bank customer service phone line useless, phone line always engaged !!! RANT

Public bank customer service phone line useless

whole day I tried to call them to reset my online banking account because it is blocked due to me typing wrong password

anyone encounter problems trying to call them up and its always engaged?

My personal experience, customer service line down. Cannot call. Drove all the way to the branch, cari parking this and that... and contacted the customer service. Customer service picked up the phone and call the same f3ck1ng number. Told me, "Sir, cannot get through". Of course cannot get through lah stupid, that is why I drove all the way here to ask for assistance.

Bank customer service personal, just buat tak tahu and told me, apa boleh buat? Kami pun tak dapat call dia.... doh.gif

T1U ! Hotline number tak boleh pakai, why call it Hotline?

dont call 03-2179 5000. it's useless.

try 03-2176 8000 instead

Public bank and Hong Leong bank are the worst bank for me
Public Bank: forever engaged
Hong Leong: info on web is different than info on the counter

that is why i close my account on these 2 banks and move all my fund to hsbc.

their hotline always busy bangwall.gif

closed their CASA & move to another bank.. best decision ever made..

Kena tunggu at least 30min baru dapat lepas, that is if you're lucky...

Not only this bank, a couple others also based on personal experience

Apalah Public Bank konon...service macam Closed Bank

They list 03-2176 8118 behind the card.. hope this number is ok sweat.gif

Public Bank is for Uncle Uncle Chinese sahaja... that why the person who handles hotline also uncle and pick up also slow.. or talk also slow and make the lines queue up....haha icon_idea.gif
