Public bank customer service phone line useless

try 03-2176 8000 instead |

Public bank and Hong Leong bank are the worst bank for me
Public Bank: forever engaged Hong Leong: info on web is different than info on the counter |

that is why i close my account on these 2 banks and move all my fund to hsbc.

their hotline always busy  closed their CASA & move to another bank.. best decision ever made.. |

Kena tunggu at least 30min baru dapat lepas, that is if you're lucky...
Not only this bank, a couple others also based on personal experience Apalah Public Bank konon...service macam Closed Bank |
