Bring to nikon shop perhaps? At least they can give advice or cleaning location if anything. I won't suggest u clean urself cause from what I saw, it's quite complicated. Additionally, there's the issue of optical alignment and whether cleaning with liquid soap will degrade the lens coating. If cleaning is too much hassle and expensive, would suggest u buy new or second hand.
