I prefer Lucky Star as each characther personafies a cliche characther in manga/anime, and that what the mangaka really wanted to do really
Kagamin - Tsukkomi Tsundere Kona-chan - Otaku Tsukasa - clumsy Miyuki - Brainy boin-chan Yutaka - sick Moe (no, it's not like you read it) Patricia - The weird foreign exchange student Hyori - Yaoi Fetish mangaka Minami - Shy flat girl Nanako sensei - Sensei (what else) And he did this without having any love story/ongoing storyline. Just pure everyday life, and that really beats anything except Azumanga Daioh really in term of laughter. FYI, during the recent Raki Suta manga poll, Kagain won, by a mile. Thus Tsundere is still in |

What you have to do to really enjoy this anime is
a) get home from a really shitty day b) clear your mind from any thinking c) watch the anime. You will find the lack of thought from your mind makes the anime more enjoyable. Kinda like AzuDai. Many of my frens said AzuDai was crap. But that because they tried too hard to understand it when it really need no understanding |
