Ever consider mini velo? A glamour name for non-folding small wheel bicycle. BMX-ish with multi gears.
I am just 10+kg lesser than you. Hence no Foldies for me. But I don't like big wheels and I am too old to go fast and exploring jungle…
Another factor you should consider is how will you be ridin? with friend or solo? Or looking to join some clubs or riding groups.
Anyway, what ever you buy, stay away from light wheelset with spoke number lesser than 36 if you can.
Smaller wheel always stronger. Just thought you might want to know.
And stay away from everything  plastic (carbon). Metals (aluminum, steel) are your friends.
There is a rough guide I take the bicycle weight should be no more than 15% of the riders weight. Which is really easy for us to achieve. 15kg bikes are plentiful. Don't blame the bike weight if it's 12% of your body weight.

thanks for the advice. i think i will consider MTB and will get this foldie if have budget for it and if my weight already less than 100kg...

just to add some info,

if cycle on the road most of the time,
better take hybrid. flatbar like MTB but with roadbike setup. easy to pedal and more lighter

I assume your priority is to get into shape and some good cardiovascular exercise.
Skip the hills for now, condition your body on flat roads 1st. Build up your distance by doubling the distance once you can complete without stopping or panting like hell.
5km → 10km → 20km  then you can attack hills with ease. Don't everyday la, let your body recover for 2 days~
Drink protein drinks (milk) within 30minutes after your ride for muscle recovery.
When you are not cycling, you can google up what is cassette and chainring. Also look up YouTube tutorials to find your seat post height, saddle and handlebar setting.
Don't rush, we are old geezer dy~
Strongly advise everybody to wear a hear rate monitor, cycling is a hectic sport. You don't want to overwork your precious heart.
Download an app name Strava on your phone to record your rides.
