RM5K booking is normal. but loan rejected should fully refund. If cancel, then can charge penalty.

Partially launch ? Wirajaya 2 has been launched since June 2017 bro. My cousin sign S&P almost 2 years ago.. His moratorium now left 8 years ++.

Vista Langkawi better.

Taman Melati LRT is black area area.. got a lot of criminal cases.

Every year got a lot kidnapping cases along the road beside LRT. I'm native of kampung wirajaya, my parents got PV9 unit for very low price.

Just telling you the truth.

PV18 better.. Bigger size, better facilities and can walk to Aeon, mcd, lakefront development.

I don't buy Vista Wirajaya/PV9

DBKL took 300 units wirajaya 1 for RM230K.

For Vista Wirajaya 2, around 105 units are given to slum villagers for FREE (for replacement).

Instead Wirajaya 2, Villagers can choose buy PV9, bigger size with 2 car parks. but need to pay around RM42K. My parents chose PV9.

VW1 Open unit sold out ady. Just left with DBKL units, DBKL will not open their assigned units to outsider.. Anyone who work in DBKL can still apply internally. Still many got. DBKL staff will get discount RM70K.

Rental war won by DBKL staff and Villagers. They got cheaper price, of course they will rent it cheaper. Normal buyer will die if compete..

Many DBKL staff have a house already, they bought this for investment.. I talked to them, many wanna do room rental, partition etc. Due to student hotspot, not family oriented apartment, maintenance will be really-really bad..

Normal buyer will really really suffer..

Don't buy this type of development.. Otherwise will regret for life. I can guarantee you..
