As i know
SPA's legal fee, disbursement, stamp is FOC

Only need to pay Loan Legal Fee which inclusive disbursement and stamping.
According to bank calculator is RM5300 , but bank agent told us that developer lawyer say is RM4K+



Correct if i'm wrong for the entry cost

* Booking Fee RM5000 (Will charge RM100 if bank loan reject, balance RM4900 will be refund)
* RM25000 deposit , if loan approve
* SPA Legal , disbursement and stamping fee is FOC
* Loan Legal , disbursement and stamping fee is around RM4K+ to RM5k+
* When collecting the key , you need to pay memorandum of transfer fee which cost RM9K+ (inform by developer agent)


any other fee which i miss out ?

Biasa la... many buy it due to near TARC for investment
during application, it also asking do you have any house outside KL ? And agent do mention you still can apply for RUMAWIP as long as your existing house is outside KL area.
and my friend do success apply one with submit proof that he have a house outside KL area.

Mostly same, for this part, check your SNP upon signing with lawyer.

2019-2020 SPA.. no need to pay.. Just deposit..

All legal fees should subsidised by Govt..

Unknown yet. My sister's loan application rejected.
While my wife's application still stuck at loan application stage.

By the way, one question for MRTA.

Loan tenure is 34 Years.

Banker quote 3+31 for MRTA.

Correct me if i'm wrong. the "3" here mean construction period. So 3 year construction period, the sum insurance will not drop & remain same.

"31" is the year that insurance cover for repayment. As i know the repayment year start count after the construction complete (i mean after receiving the key).

Since our repayment years is 34, is that mean the insurance only cover until the 31st year. remaining 3 year is at our own risk (touch wood if anything) ?

VW1 Open unit sold out ady. Just left with DBKL units, DBKL will not open their assigned units to outsider.. Anyone who work in DBKL can still apply internally. Still many got. DBKL staff will get discount RM70K.

Hi, my rumawip application for wirajaya 2 change to layak ditawar and ask to go for cabut undi. but when i call developer they told me it is fully book. is it possible?
