As i know
SPA's legal fee, disbursement, stamp is FOC
Only need to pay Loan Legal Fee which inclusive disbursement and stamping.
According to bank calculator is RM5300 , but bank agent told us that developer lawyer say is RM4K+
Correct if i'm wrong for the entry cost
* Booking Fee RM5000 (Will charge RM100 if bank loan reject, balance RM4900 will be refund)
* RM25000 deposit , if loan approve
* SPA Legal , disbursement and stamping fee is FOC
* Loan Legal , disbursement and stamping fee is around RM4K+ to RM5k+
* When collecting the key , you need to pay memorandum of transfer fee which cost RM9K+ (inform by developer agent)
any other fee which i miss out ?
