Not compress loan / multiple loan submission. Coz cannot be seen any owner with many units at once.

Unit sold at 800k just now. Higher than previous previous round reserve price.
Scroll previous page.
Last month can win at 708k nobody interested.
2 month ago 787k nobody interested.


Anyway, this lelong unit come with 3 combo.
Bumi lot + double transfer (UEM disagree to do direct transfer) + owner still occupied.
Let's hope that got no private caveat being placed too.
