rental dropped 30% (or more) when changes tenants, I believe not all areas suffered the same fate....otherwise there wont be any BBB scenario jor......

Non bumi buying non bumi unit?

Last yr or so one unit sold below 1mio....but it was a bumi unit.

Price is around there....depends on facing and location.

But definitely not a fire sale.
