Understood that the land of avila belongs to setapak heights, thus the covered pathway covers all project of them (villa wangsamas, avila, infiniti 3). But am still not very convinced of the pathway.

If built then its a plus point i guess...

Anyhow still the amount of condo / service apt units coming in is still scary. Wondering how many years it takes for the area to absorb the supplies
