Sorry for not comparing apple to apple. But I just want to get an advise, The Ridge or this one, which one is more bargain? What are the factors that I need to consider?

I'm working at KLCC and weekly commute to Kuantan (weekend husband).

Thanks bro. The nearest LRT is Gombak about 800m.

But is it best bang for the buck consider serenity only.

Booked and loan approved. Yet to sign S&P. Psf is a tad bit expensive, make me thinking thousand times....
