Sorry for not comparing apple to apple. But I just want to get an advise, The Ridge or this one, which one is more bargain? What are the factors that I need to consider?
I'm working at KLCC and weekly commute to Kuantan (weekend husband).
Thanks

QUOTE(lollipopkan @ May 13 2019, 02:11 AM) Different price, brother. (if you are mentioning "the ridge" as in the one tat is built by sime darby) The ridge is more luxurious plus shopping mall downstairs je. I know, I was aware x compare apple to apple. But in term of best bang for the bucks, which one is bargain? Tq.

QUOTE(seancl85 @ May 13 2019, 09:23 AM) Based on psf, avila seemed to be a better take. The ridge is mall concept but is not near any LRT station. Serenity wise perhaps the ridge will win. 😊 Thanks bro. The nearest LRT is Gombak about 800m. But is it best bang for the buck consider serenity only. QUOTE(DesRed @ May 13 2019, 10:49 AM) Hope you don't mind me asking, but your husband is not willing to relocate to KL with you, is it? Nature of work doesn't allow him to relocate to KL This post has been edited by copyninja4: May 13 2019, 11:27 AM

QUOTE(tyaraleia @ May 17 2019, 11:59 AM) If u always travel to east coast, KL East is the best. I just booked type A the ridge but stil contemplating to sign the S&P. So you proceed with the ridge or avila? Booked and loan approved. Yet to sign S&P. Psf is a tad bit expensive, make me thinking thousand times....
