Noticed from catalog it is 800m away from LRT Station and covered walkway is built by external party?

Agreed with you that Henna looks classy than Avira.

And I compared the density of the project too. Henna is 264units/acres and Avira is 187 units/acres

For Block A purchaser, may I know is Sunway given the catalogs / booklet of the project after signing SPA? Or it is just a simple flyers?

lol. I think different market segment ba. Hamilton entry price is low and I believe more target on rental
