in the end... we cant be sure henna or avila confirm perfect also geh... thats all im saying... investment wise... as long as its repairable... its a good deal... but anyway... i think wangsamas units rental will hentam the rental price there 9 9... 200k only... with 3 rooms and walking distance to lrt... cincai rent rm1000 per mth... all the condos nearby sure got hit badly....

yea... so the cheapest one will be the benchmark already... for those who wanna stay in wangsa... wanted to rent house/room... accessibility are most important because most of them from outstation... studying at tarc and graduated to work without own transportation... if im gonna buy a unit at wangsa... easy accessibility to public transport is no.1 factor...

safest is buy completed units... no developer in msia can guarantee you good quality upon completion for under-con projects.... most of the time u need pray for the best that ur unit dont have major defect issues... thats all...
