When a reputable organization that have yet to failed enter the market of wangsa maju.. They must have done theier feasibility studies..

And becuz of that they bought the piece of land that belongs to Setapak Development that is also the developer of Villa Wangsas and Infiniti.

At time this big giant developer must have knew sumthing that we do not know yet..

So why wait.. Lets analyze it togetger..


Mampukah populasi Wangsa Maju menyerap satu demi satu undercons baru di sini?

Seasons Garden akan mula VP pada Q4 tahun ini. Itu dah beribu-ribu units.


Projek ini betul-betul terletak di seberang jalan dari unit pangsapuri service 1135 sf Abe yang mempunyai 4 bilik dan balkoni yang amat luas.

Competition in this area will be fierce.

Namun projek yang paling win di kawasan itu pada Abe tetap Irama Wangsa oleh pemaju Beneton kerana ianya PBTS dan pure residential. Abe ada beli unit 1152 sf di Irama Wangsa.

How come ppl stated BBB when don't know the size yet. Later come out studio unit at 550k. Still BBB meh.
Hamilton holds the record of lowest psf in this area at 498 psf. Let's see whether a project not walkable to LRT but freehold able to beat Aset Kayamas or not.
