Mine came with media center 2002 (honestly i don't know much about the difference btw 2002 & 2005), that's why i'm thinking of reformatting it before upgrading. if that is the case i suppose recovering it (thus resetting to factory) before upgrading is the correct thing to do?

I'm using a DV6126TX and thinking of upgrading... I had 1GB of RAM and the 7400Go Geforce card.
i want to make it 2gb ram, do i buy ddr2 or something else? can i upgrade to a d10x card like the 8600m gt or 8700m gt? is this advisable? Thanks ppl |
