Any one care to explain the guarantee?

2 doubts:

1. Let say this hour guarantee at rm25, if I come online and driven one trip and took 16 minutes for rm10. Then I off the app. Will i get rm10 or the min hour guarantee?

2. Let’s say the guarantee rate min AR is 80% but I have 70%, for the ended guarantee hour, Can I chase it back by doing more trip later to cover back this ended hour so that I can get the incentives?

Hi guys. When is the incentive being paid? My last week incentive still have not credited to my cash wallet yet. Is it today?
