I use GS knowing full-well i might get a shared-ride and only use it after work-hours (because after work, I dont mind delayed time).

I had encountered recently a driver who die die want to wait until get a matched rider. So i just waited. I didnt complain anything, but the driver keep complain in the car

No im always good heart, give 5 star.

Only once i gave driver 3 star cos twice wrong turn at crossroad even with Waze, delay 30 mins of my time. This is grabcar, when i use normal grabcar, i dont like delays if not due to jam.

Speaking from payroll point of view, of cos money cant go out cos cannot value date and banks all close la bro. How to make payment of course delayed.

can u advise how it works? As a rider, the fare seems nuts

I checked today at 8.10pm to my home is RM17, then i checked again at 8.19pm it became RM20. Only 9 minutes difference here. It's not even a 30 or 60 minutes block for changing the rate?

Sometimes the more i wait even till 10pm, price become higher. Cancel plan to book Grab, straight go take trains.

I want go LRT bdr tasik selatan, driver dunno use GPS dropped me at LRT sg.besi. topkek.

But nvm la since im using promo code, i forgive her and still rate 5 stars.

Today issue. I used grabpay. Turun from the grabcar, driver shout call me back "you need to pay rm9, sis".

I show my app screen "correct la. Rm9. Grabpay".

Driver still show confused, dissatisfied face. Wtf.

Usually i immediately get notification that RMxx deducted from my card. But this time i didnt receive. Is it the driver very blur that he didn't press something in his driver app or what?

Cash or card got different button to press ar?

Grab need to educate drivers also. Just example today, I as a rider, clearly book at "MV north court", and put extra note when booking "At toast box north court". With 2 indications like this, he still asked me where am I. How blur can you be la....
