Maintain an average DR of 4.7 and above daily (average of the last 100 rated rides are calculated daily).

They will. Don't underestimate them. They'll target both HG & Flexi drivers. They look into percentage rather than valid reasons. Their SOP: Once accepted, must complete, else violation.

Actually, 10% applied to both dax + pax. In few months back, all grabbers received the same warning message regarding cancellation, even 11% also kena. In short, they only allow dax 10% + pax 10% but in reality, quite impossible for pax, at least for me, every week also >10%.

Their tactic. Flexi 20% vs HG 50%-100% or more, which one better? Grab as you can before new schemes take place.

For newbies or those who need simple calculation of Acceptance Rate (AR):

AR = Total trips accepted/Total pings received

E.g.
2 completed trips
1 cancelled trip by driver (dax)
1 cancelled trip by passenger (pax)

So your Total trips accepted are 2 + 1 + 1 = 4

And if you have 1 ignored trip, it'll be:
4/5 = 0.8
= 80%

In other words, every 4 trips accepted entitle you 1 bullet to ignore job.

Say 16 trips accepted for a day, then:
16/4 = 4 bullets
because 16/20 = 0.8
= 80%

Me too. The lady left her phone and promised to pay extra but when returned, her husband was there to collect while she busy shopping inside and when asked for $ said wallet with wife. bangwall.gif

To view your daily AR & DR, you have to go the incentive section of the driver app.

Incentive Type: Flexi Bonuses
To view your weekly AR & DR, it can be found on the homescreen in the driver app.
