For newbies or those who need simple calculation of Acceptance Rate (AR):
AR = Total trips accepted/Total pings received E.g. 2 completed trips 1 cancelled trip by driver (dax) 1 cancelled trip by passenger (pax) So your Total trips accepted are 2 + 1 + 1 = 4 And if you have 1 ignored trip, it'll be: 4/5 = 0.8 = 80% In other words, every 4 trips accepted entitle you 1 bullet to ignore job. Say 16 trips accepted for a day, then: 16/4 = 4 bullets because 16/20 = 0.8 = 80% |
