Even surge until 100% still got people willing to take, most of the time this people don't have transport on their own.
If rider rushing i'll politely tell them cancel on their own, if not i'll cancel on my own, they will have to wait another 10mins+ by requesting and hoping for match. I wish them good luck for screwing themself

My friend fetched one customer at KL, she waited from 7.30am to 8.30 to get a crapcar, request no match until fare jump higher, nvm she wait until driver finishย their current job, after finish trip and the driver cancel without notification. I pity those rider for crap b2b issue. Let them rant until CS beh tahan and those higher management to do something

Nowadays if u got bullet, will u ignore GS job at RM15 or ignore normal grabcar job above RM20?

I rather take the normal rm20job... no to GS.
Same....I almost always take higher fare Grabcar job (sometimes if lucky with traffic can still have time to complete two more jobs in that hour)...GS I only take if <$10 (maybe if no bullets and higher fare will take up to $15).
The only time I can say GS benefited me was once at 845pm, need two more jobs for max incentive, accepted $3 GS job (!!, LMAO) pickup from LRT station, then get matched SAME LRT station ($5 fare also LMAO). SO lesson learnt, if get GS at LRT/MRT, take
