Grab, Uber's biggest rival in Singapore, currently begins imposing a waiting time penalty after a driver has been waiting for five minutes. Thereafter, the late rider is charged S$3 for every five-minute block.

First thing crapcar should do is impose penalty charge of rm5 if rider not shown after 5 minutes ....something like what uber do now.

Ytd got one bad attitude aunties using GS, pick up at LRT bangsar and heading towards RSC. Since there is a match, I drop the first rider at damansara city, after dropping I have to make a turn to drop her off. On the way she keep mumbling why didn't drop her first bla bla bla, I just politely told her I just following system, no point argue with her.

As usual lah call CS and usual phrase we will educate rider bla bla bla. This is where grab failing to maintain emotional balance between driver and rider, unlike Uber has system to reduce the impact of it.

Believe or not, this week there is much more Driver switching to Uber. Just open Uber apps and u will know.

ahboy so calculative but still didn't accept, sometimes do incentive also need to be flexible a bit lah.

if take 1.5 hrs to complete the trip also worth it, net also can get RM59, average per hr RM40, enter KL also confirm can get job.

I noticed this week also the average pickup distance now more far...mostly >1km, last time always very near. Yesterday during MP a few jobs pickup was 4km, ignored, one accepted because didn't know so far beforehand, text the rider inform too far, lucky he was OK to cancel.

Now riders also know drivers hard to get during peak hour, some appreciate also. Two of them tip me $3 for for a $7 job biggrin.gif.
A few others also thanked me/say "sorry you had to endure the jam" after I drop them off.

Ofc got the usual idiot riders also screwing with people during MP hours....one of them pickup Royale Chulan near KLCC, drop off SOGO (fare $6)...called to say nearby, he said OK wait for you...reached there...no show...called again he said "Oh..I book Royale Chulan CURVE in Damansara!!"....

Fvker...use your common sense la...Damansara to KL only $6???? lucky he cancelled quickly.
Another woman, also KL city center, lucky I called her first before going, she claimed she didn't book at all. Lucky she cancelled quickly too.

I also encountered once the rider put Sentul as pick up point but he is actually in sogo shopping centre. Luckily he is willing to cancel.

I doubt it is due to his mistake or unfamiliar with app functions. They probably want try their luck to get cheaper fare in the area with no surge pricing.

Still got lots of rider put in wrong pick up points.

putting in right position must be something very difficult for them or it doesn't really matter to them. It is driver problem anyway.

For Grab Associate's flexi benefit, crapcar weekly update does not mentioned anything on the min fare of RM5 min fare & min fare of RM6 if done > 50 trips a week.

if return to crapcar office, then time travel to jaya 1 + parking fees + > 10 min queuing time.

reception will request u to fill in form and take picture of the filled form & lose items for your own records.

consider that as done your responsibility then will feel ok.

how 2 apportion petrol and maintenance expenses in accordance to personal (non business) usage & ride sharing purpose (business)?

let said driver gross collection is rm200 for the day...
20% cash back is rm40. Per trip would be rm2.22

Better just continue to drive ignoring this incentive so that AR only as low as 30%? Up to individual driver I guess.

We likely need to accept some low fare jobs to maintain AR% at 50%.
