Why passenger cancel also we kena? How to drive during jam like this? Sure passenger cancel damn a lot. How to drive in KL like that? Crab's own system give wrong eta, we yang kena? Really fucking unreasonable.

They would fire the competent developers  first, and keep the hackers who sell cracked app to line their pockets.

I doubt the fraud team did the checking, or maybe the CS did not key in the remark.

What raise the red flag is when rider choose "Driver request to cancel", i suspect a lot rider use this to escape their responsibility, crap should take a serious look at rider side for putting this remark.

The last time i kena because didn't do remark, just leave it there and love sms came in, now everyday call CS, is more like SOP. They should implement feedback on cancelled trip, at least no need to call.

Surge =incentive portion but pay by rider instead of grab.

Only looking for 100 drivers. I think Grab will pick from nearby area like Alor Setar, Ipoh. Pay lesser cost.
From those area itself expected to be more than 100 applicants. So more than enough. And also the earning at those area is not as great as Klang Valley so it is worth for them to drive 1-2 hours to Penang to earn more.

Just my opinion. Don't think any drivers from far away will be selected.
