next time they should just say COMMISSION REFUND ...no confusion 
For GA incentive players they know it wont be much difference payout for them, since if we play hard core incentive, fare collected will be low.
If that week GA players get high fares, then low incentive payout. Net effect is neutral for Grab.

U must understand it is Payment team who handle incentive payout and the one u dealing is Customer service

Based on my experience their answer is crap, one question can give several version of answer. I rather not believe on CS clarification. As i said read the wording carefully, crap is famously using all these misleading wording to lure driver.

U don't believe? ask those lawyer, they are very sensitive with wording, one mistake can cause a hell trouble.

I think nobody cover the most like what I had today.  Fares RM308 for 15 trips.  Grab put me to Flexi today.

Should I fill in the form? Sounds like a trap to check whether driver's address is correct with what they put when signing up.
