I suspect some drivers using modded app, bao all the short trips/near pickup....I see these people openly advertising on Facebook group...wonder why no one report/forward to Grab? Should I bother to screenshot these ads and report? who to report also (Im not confident with support@grab.com.my).

Admittedly thats the problem of 3rd party booking. As i wasnt at the pickup point I couldnt tell what is the visible landmark there.

Well , grab not stupid. I believe they also will ask their programmer to do something about timer , something similiar to Uber , once driver reach , both side timer will start    but I don't think this will happen. Maybe my imagination

I find that their management really don't have experience in managing staff, u can easily see from their Customer Service that there is no clear SOP to follow, one question can pop out few answer. Even one in facebook attend classes and the trainer simply taichi all the new incentive question to grab payment team. If a trainer don't know the latest Company structure, what u can expect normal driver to know? Luckily here all willing to share.

And i think the programmer for Grab is making lots of good side income, u will know why

Guys, anyone of you ever got stopped by police roadblock while fetching foreign riders?? Just kena this evening...near Kelana Jaya LRT. Two indo rider, one boy one girl. Police ask for all our ID...then ask the indo rider why passport got no chop updated...then ask them to pay the fare and get out of the car!

I ask the police how, should I come back fetch them...he just said no need and sent me away...called Grab..explained what happend, CS checked with supervisor and said that as long as fare was paid the trip can be completed and press dropoff...

Felt bad for the riders tho...still halfway from their destination. Actually I saw on Waze already the police roadblock notification while waiting to turn but I was blur and by the time I realized it already Police saw us...

few times already, last time was Deepavali night, I get a job with three/four adults and 2-3 small kids (<3yrs old). Means including me the driver, up to seven people in one Axia.
