I grossed around rm 400 on saturday after driving from morning till night. if take out grabcar commission (25%) and 1 full tank (rm 60), my nett should be rm 240 for 14 hours drive (around rm 17 per hour). this is before any incentive payout.

i don't have any strategy. i just accepted all ping requests and drive. please advise.

I calculated the fare and incentive everyday and do recording to make sure I get the right incentive at weekend , I wrote down expenses include accessory,fuel,perfume,maintenance with price and date plus kilometer

Wash car need to include because you don't need to wash car everyday for regular work . It was like paying you a rm10k work but need you to change a rolex watch every month.

Every cost should be recorded to know the real revenue and time used to maintain this business = input value vs output value

The car washing time can be used to do other thing.
Unless you tell me a regular work need to clean the car everyday.

There was a hidden cost risk which we Can't see that was wear and tear on the car . Same as transport owner who take the risk. as a risk taker , a substantial return should be given, same as those who work on oil and gas industry. Thus I would say a rm20 per hour were min. we should get

And anyone using PVC leather seat? For long trip I can always see water mark on the seat , if add fabric on top will the water goes to the fabric? Or the water won't occur because breathable

Hi guys. Where can i check passanger rating and remarks yea? My rating dropped to 4.43 eventhough I drive very carefully, car is neat and clean also. I wonder how come someone rate me so low.

Im a weekend part time driver btw. Rating dropped from 5 star after 12 rides yesterday

what really amazed me is how he was able to maintain >85%AR & <10%CR with average rm4.5 per trip. He really knows how to hunt for those short trips.
