true, I notice now peak hour surcharge demand really kick in since about two three weeks ago. however the effect is that for those cheap skate riders, even with grab share ride discount reduced to 20% (from before 30%) recently, they still die die take. some more some will add promo code.

Nowadays incentive really lesser, i sapu everything range RM3-15, fare around RM15-20 i look at location before accepting it

Fare collected RM500, net RM400, grab earn commission RM100, incentive reimburse normally about RM160-180, so effectively Grab reimburse RM80 only. The ratio has drop to 20-30:70-80 (Fare : Incentive).

It could be partly due to raise of Grabcar rate, some high fare job really worth to do it just to forgo incentive, Eg.RM50 for 20-25km distance, require only 40min to complete.
I believe Grab is making profit at Klang Valley area, the incentive schedule could maintain if they keep making profit i guess.

I think the highest reported by grabber so far is around RM850 weekly for fulltime. I do it part time, driving in the morning and at night, full time during weekend. Can get around RM500++. Highest fare here is around RM37. Plenty of short trips. Roads are ok. Trips are confined to the town area, and plus the occasional airport and to MLNG/SMDS/PORT.

how much you estimate your incentive? or are you flexi?

Did anyone have trouble connecting to server around 7.50-8pm? Not sure if it was just me (which means my phone network) or it affected Grab server too.

On another note, I really hate it when I  am pressing drop off, confirm etc etc button to complete a job and then suddenly get a ping, this sometimes causes the ping to be auto ignored and thus AR drop, chase like mad

You can always turn off 6 seaters from your service type in your profile whenever you don't want to accept 6 seaters pings.
