QUOTE(Sentraboy @ Sep 8 2017, 11:26 AM) Yes..i'am flexi driver and I have met the requirement in term of rating and acceptance rate. in fact the 108 jobs is in between 29aug 6am till 4th 9am. Across the week, my total job was 148 jobs. Yet, only 10% cash back was given. So sad that i spent my 4 public holidays to gain this 30% but eventually doesnt received the cashback as promised. Anyone experiences such a situation before? What was your AR? <85% but >30% |

QUOTE(kojack18 @ Sep 13 2017, 12:24 PM) Yup. And failed miserably. Mine the worst 2 weeks back. A good chance to be Flexi cuz needed more cash for trips, 4 days flexi exchanged with 30 bucks top up only! Topup 50 bucks. Gross fare 647. Didnt drive much on Saturday and sunday coz felt no mood knowing cant catchup with ar My mistake coz caught between wanna go all flexi then halfway noticed most pings are ard my area are 4-5 bucks. QUOTE(moosekaka @ Sep 13 2017, 02:02 PM) yes Always keep very clean except 1 week which extremely busy, ended up received the first ever cleanliness report + very low rating given by the passenger who reported me! priorities backwards..... passengers judge the cleaniness INSIDE more important since they are sitting there. QUOTE(akagidemon @ Sep 13 2017, 02:06 PM) every day after drive will clean the car interior. i bought some wet wipes for cars at mr diy, really good for leather and vinyl seating. sekali lap can see the daki2 all come out. i even use it on the steering wheel because sometimes after a long hard day the steering wheel macam melekit2. then after all of that, give 2 puff of ambipure air freshener( u know the tin you put in the machine for room use and close the car and go inside the house. tomorrow morning neutral smelling car. dont forget to vacuum the carpet and also buang the pasir2 on the foot pad QUOTE(moosekaka @ Sep 13 2017, 02:11 PM) same lol💪👍 Usually clean twice a day after morning and evening sessions, do keep microfiber cloths too. I bought car vacuum cleaner 120w with hepa filter from Shopee at RM20, so far so good.I also keep a microfiber cloth with me when I drive, every few rides or if I see dirty rider(s), I'll quickly wack the seats with the microfiber cloth to get rid of obvious debris. Kena once Bangla Rider bring shopping bags inside during rain, after he left found mud on seats.... This post has been edited by July 2nd: Sep 13 2017, 03:10 PM |

QUOTE(akagidemon @ Sep 13 2017, 02:42 PM) https://shopee.com.my/ebestseller/313422191But personally think its noise > suction power. Its suction power considered so so only but for the price it's still a good deal. So far 120w is the highest power a car vacuum cleaner has (I'd searched around through many websites) unless you use home vacuum then definitely good suction undoubtedly. Always use flat nozzle to increase its suction power. Attached thumbnail(s) |

Even though I don't dare to say I'm familiar with my base area after driving for a year, not to say another parts of KV. We asked you to accept all since you're new, not doing flexi nor pro. Stop struggling about total fares collected for particular programs and waiting time for airport pings etc, most of your unanswered questions have no valid answers or doesn't make sense, you need to find out the answers yourself rather than asking others, not everything you can get it verbally without real life experience yourself...don't make things complicated, just stop questioning but drive and drive and drive... come on...
Start thinking about the questions given by a senior here see how logic they had been... |

This ahboy!!!! My goodness! Because of your stupid questions, I answer or ask stupidly now... Why did you keep asking how much others can earn per hour in average? When others answered 300 gross per day is achievable, but when someone else answered 250 gross or even less 200 gross, why did you ask 'why you all said can easily gross 300 per day when this who just can make 200 or 250 gross?' Hello this ahboy! 300 gross can be achieved on experienced drivers or sometimes based on luck or locations or time! How can you expect everyone can achieve the your so-called expected amount when everyone comes from different places or working times or driving styles (flexi, incentives, mixtures of both etc.)? If ones really can't hit your so-called expected fares per day 300 gross, then so what? It's not anyone fault here (not those who said 300 gross is bullshit nor 200 gross is looser). 25 nett per hour, 20 nett or even 15 nett per hour if worst, there's nothing wrong, sure sometimes there are gains and losses, so what? Stop calculating every cents you might lost (fuel, time, maintenance etc), the earning shouldn't be counted in this way... Empty car back home is very norm for outskirts drivers like us you know? If you can't bear or always feel rugi when think about it then you better get your car parking than driving. Even now after the removal of busy area requirements, I always ended up at the most FAVOURITE place God likes to send me to every week that caused me empty car back home for 1 hour++ then how? Stop thinking worth or not worth, you want money to survive then just drive. Your main problem is you really think and calculate too much until abnormal already, you know? (From an outsider's view) And the PROBLEM is you don't even know you have problem! (Sorry to say so but I must tell you!)

QUOTE(HardCoreX @ Sep 18 2017, 10:34 AM) To wallance13, I have been driving for a year and always been calculative at all time cause of my work nature. I think he pointed to ahboy but accidentally marked you...Do I not know how much can earn per hour after minus commission? Do I not record down my trips ? How you know that I am not doing so ? I even have my own spreadsheet for calculation.Do I need to boast all these out and announce it here ? I have so much free time ? Did I answer all the time ? I will reply to help whenever I could during my office hours and will not answer during weekend or weekday morning&night cause at those hours I will be driving as a GrabCar Driver. I have been working 16 hours/day (including my full time work) for weekdays and 4 hours on Weekend. Stressfree or stressful, judge yourself ! QUOTE(HardCoreX @ Sep 18 2017, 11:32 AM) Point no.5 in Grab TnC (https://www.grab.com/my/blog/driver/car/terms-conditions-klang-valley-negeri-sembilan/) Maybe deactivate the driver account once below 4.7 rating consistently for weeks like <30% AR, not sure... 5. Maintain an average Grabber rating of 4.7 and above, and a minimum Acceptance Rate (AR) of 30% is required for all Grabbers to maintain an active Grab account. However, acceptance rate requirements for Grab Ambassador and Grab Pro programmes still apply. QUOTE(moosekaka @ Sep 18 2017, 12:20 PM) actually his main problem is he is lazy and afraid to work yet wants high standard of living...only want shortcut. Just look at all the other new drivers (some even on 25% commission, with full time job) who straightaway drive 14 hrs gross $400 without questions and you can see the difference. His attitude...Btw good job yunalesca! Well done and no harm keep trying until you find the way... It's a non-stop learning process... |

QUOTE(willemng @ Sep 18 2017, 01:12 PM) Not sure about battery drainage cuz phone always in charging mode but one thing I'm very sure is it had been 2.0x surge in data usage of new version app since last month! I always check data usage on 3 lines I have and saw the main difference there especially when I just use one of the line for grabbing purpose... |

QUOTE(HardCoreX @ Sep 18 2017, 02:52 PM) When we say nett here, we always refer to earning after deduct commission only unless told otherwise. The problem is... he wants us to swear that we are 100% confirm our earning could reach 300 gross and above so that he can nett 180 after all expenses (his definition of nett is extremely nett nett--factor in every possible expenses), then only he has motivation to continue driving... Then if someone in thread couldn't make his target fares 300 gross, he will say 'oh ou...di da yo...', 'oh ho...', he accused us misleading him.Average nett rm 20 / hr after commission is easy because gross fare collected is only rm25 which is easily achievable. If your gross fare collected is rm40 per hour, then you will earn nett rm32 BEFORE EXPENSES (e.g. Fuel, 10k service, Tyre change, Brake, Battery, Absorber bar, Road tax, Insurance, car installment, accountant fee, driver license etc). Count yourself if you could still get all in clean rm20 per hour after considering expenses. My suggestion to you is apply jobstreet to become a private driver to Dato/Datin if you like driving. At least you can earn clean minimum 2.5k per month. This post has been edited by July 2nd: Sep 18 2017, 03:38 PM |
