Don't worry. Just jot down the number of passengers rated the day your DR dropped tremendously and slowly wait until next 100 persons kick in then you'll see it bounce back miraculously. 4.96 to 4.87 tells at least 2 bad apples rated you with 1 star.Easy to go down but very hard to go back up again. |

Someone in my group really crazy yesterday. Fares + incentives = RM720+- gross!!! 60 jobs in 18 hours! Senior citizens some more!
